At HHB we have many years' experience of knowing what is required to manage an overseas investment. Probably you will only visit your property once or twice a year and the rest of the time it will be empty or being rented out for others to use. We offer a full range of services around Varna, Golden Sands Balchik, and Bansko that will ensure that your property is secure, well maintained so that you feel comfortable being so far away from your investment.

You will be appointed a dedicated customer service manager and deal directly with our UK office. Our services are charged in sterling either by debit card, cheque or bank transfer avoiding expensive bank costs and currency charges.

Bulgarian Cleaning Service Varna, Golden Sands, Balchik and Bansko areas

We now have a team of cleaners all employed on a full time basis by our sister company in Bulgaria. A typical end of stay clean costs £20 and can be booked up to 7 day's before the property is due to be occupied. This price includes cleaning of the bedding and getting the apartment ready for guests to stay. A welcome pack can be ordered at £10 for those people arriving late at night. Varna Airport Taxis & Bourgas Airport Taxis

Arriving in a newly developing country like Bulgaria can be quite daunting and also end up costing you much more than it should for a taxi. We have our own Varna airport taxi and coach collection. This can be booked for example for up to 4 people from Varna airport to Golden Sands return for only £25. You will be met by our own driver and this service is available all year round. We now have a Varna airport collection to Sunny Beach and Bourgas. See our Varna airport pickup link for more details. Varna taxis and Sofia airport taxis are expencive from the airport and have no room for luggage due to large gas bottles being used in the boot.

Maintenance

Clients who have purchased properties from us pay an annual maintenance charge of around £300 but this service is available to any property owners in the area we cover (Varna, Golden sands, Balchik, Bansko regions). A typical cost of keeping the garden tidy and general checks on the property is £295 p.a. We would notify you of any problems and give you a price if any maintenance is required. For example a toilet plumbing problem would cost around £25. A painter for a day would cost around £20 this would include HHB's building manager supervising and inspecting the work.
